We provide a 48-hour evaluation period for all guitars and amplifiers (unless stated otherwise). Customers are responsible for covering all shipping and insurance expenses for both outbound and return shipments, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Prior to initiating a return, customers must make contact to obtain a return authorisation. Returned items must be in their original condition. Unauthorised returns will be declined and returned at the customer's expense. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All purchases from outside the UK are subject to taxes and duties. We do not accept returns or process cancellations if you choose not to pay the courier's bill for these charges.
